Suicide

Even just thinking about suicide is a frightening and devastating event, for the individual who may be feeling suicidal and perhaps especially for the families and loved ones of those individuals – recognizing the signs, coping with the feelings, and getting help before it's too late – and knowing that there IS help: you are not alone and you do NOT have to continue to feel this way.
