Separation & Divorce

When a relationship ends, there are difficult adjustments that must be made for everyone, whether you are the one leaving or the one being left. Getting through the actual legal process of separation and divorce is hard enough – while at the same time you are learning how to cope with feelings of anger, grief, or betrayal. This is especially true where children are involved – coping with shared custody and co-parenting when you are still struggling with your own feelings can be a major challenge.
